Three times a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – our buffet dishes follow a set theme.
Mondays – from Russia with love
An ample selection of piquant Russian influences gets mouths watering on Mondays.
Wednesdays – traditional food from Lapland
Our popular selection of traditional Lappish treats serves up a medley of flavours: game salad, salmon, reindeer and traditional Lappish flatbread to name but a few examples.
Fridays – seafood galore
As the name suggests, Friday’s buffet table brims with fruits of the sea: salmon, herring (both Baltic and Atlantic), prawns, perch, traditional seafood salad from Finland’s west coast and much more.
